While many photographers devote their energies to projects of a singular subject, my love of travel leads me to discover a unifying thread of spirit in many different places. Whether photographing in my own backyard or in another country, I am drawn to a pictorialist perspective, to the moods connecting landscapes, architecture, objects and spaces. It is by paying attention, by reaching out to what we see, that we experience moments of grace. Moments which bring to our awareness the inherent sense of mystery in all things.
