Perfect weather for Liz and Mindy's wedding (we love autumn). And what a big hit the photo booth was at the reception! Fun costumes, fun people, and truly loving & supportive families and friends .... it was a privilege to be a part of your day.

Christine and Chris had their first big date at the Elevator, so we started their downtown e-session right out front. Christine, in her fabuous spike-heeled shoes, insisted on getting to the railroad trestle over the river ... we admire your enthusiasm and look forward to the fun we'll have with you both on your wedding day!

Amy & David's wedding at the Valley Dale Ballroom was beautiful. Thanks for braving the unseasonably HOT weather for a few photos outside!

We had a perfect autumn day for Erin & John's engagement session at Erin's family farm in Nelsonville. We learned so much about your family's history and every acre of the farm seemed filled with wonderful memories for all of you. Thank you for bringing us to this magical place!

While on the Stone farm, we also photographed Erin's brother and sister-in-law, and their little guy, AJ, who loved sitting on anything and everything with a steering wheel. We loved spending the afternoon with all of you.

St. Francis of Assisi is a special place, and Stefanie & Jake added personal touches to their ceremony and to the events of the day which truly reflected their love for each other, their families, and their spirituality. Stefanie wore heirloom family jewelry, the shoes her grandmother wore at her own wedding years ago, and carried family prayer cards given to her by her father. She and Jake lit their unity candle with their own baptismal candles and cut the cake topped by another family treasure. By the time we left the reception we felt like part of the family too ... thank you so much for choosing us to capture it all!

We kicked off our first senior portrait shoot of the season with Luke & Mike. Guys, you take a great photo!
Thanks for letting us spend the afternoon with you.

The evening of the 22nd was filled with art, from the sketchbook place cards to the artist painting an oil of the reception setting. There was a 50-year anniversary being celebrated as well, and Lindy & Paige's birthday ... it took four people to blow out the candles on the giant cake the night before. We thank you and your families for a wonderful night!
